Project description:
FIVER Project develops and demonstrates quintuple-play capabilities (IP data, HDTV, phone, home security and control, and wireless services) in an integrated optical and radio network including integrated and simultaneous centralised transmission impairment compensation of the optical path and of the radio path. FIVER objective is to develop an integrated and streamlined network architecture that enables a centralised network management strategy.
